Sarah Beth Byrum - Artistic Director & Owner

Sarah Beth Byrum received her BA in Dance from the University of Oregon and founded All That! Dance Company that same year. Sarah Beth began dancing at the age of three, training in all styles. Sarah Beth’s extensive performing career includes ZAP Productions, Dance Oregon, and Knossos Greek Dance Company. Sarah Beth was published in Spotlight on Dance and featured in Family Fun Magazine. She has also been awarded by the National Dance Educators Association, Oregon Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance, the Junior Miss Scholarship Program, and Phi Beta Fraternity for the Arts. Sarah Beth shares her love for dance with students of all ages from toddlers through adults.

Marie Pederson - Assistant Director

Marie Pederson began her dance training as a student of Spotlight Theatre, then went on to dance at Lane Community College's Dance Department and All That! Dance Company. As a member of Spotlight Theatre's Production Company, Marie gained first hand experience integrating dance technique with performance and showmanship. Marie has played starring roles in productions such as Kathy in Singin' in the Rain, Rosie in Bye Bye Birdie, and Rizzo in Grease. Marie has served as a choreographer for countless major musical productions as well as smaller shows and dinner theatres. Marie has taught for All That! Dance Company for the past ten years and heads up our Springfield Studio programming.

Jenna Levy - Instructor

Jenna was raised in London, England where she trained at the West London School of Dance and Stagecoach Academy. She has been dancing since she was five, training in ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, modern and lyrical. She moved to Portland where she danced at Elite Studio, Vega Dance Lab and was a member of the six-time state champion Lincoln Dance Team. She has performed roles such as Alice in Alice in Wonderland, Sandy in Grease, Belle in Beauty and the Beast, Tallulah in Bugsy Malone, and multiple roles in the Nutcracker.

Andres Rodoni (Librado)

Andres Rodoni is young, driven, and passionate. His dance style draws influences from diverse styles such as African tribal dancing, swing, and bboy. He was introduced to dance by his mother, who was a professional Latin dancer, and learned to appreciate bboying and popping from his cousin Beto “Mooncricket” Lopez, a hip hop historian. Following his passion, Andres began dancing with F-troop in Dallas, Texas as a teen and eventually became Director of Hip Hop at Studio 7 West by age 17. He later joined Unique Productions for the musical “For the Love” as Head Choreographer. Andres will head up our Hip Hop classes this year and work primarily with our award-winning boys only hip hop crew “High Voltage.”

Mark Baker

Mark Baker received his BA in Ballroom Dance from Brigham Young University where he trained and performed with the world famous BYU Ballroom Dance touring company. In 2004 and 2005 Mark won two US Ballroom Dance Latin Formation titles as well the prestigious Blackpool England Latin Formation Title in 2004. Mark went on to become the Director of Ballroom Dance at Southern Utah University where he grew SUU's program to become the largest public ballroom dance performance program in the US. Mark coached SUU to win the current US Collegiate National Championships in both Latin American and Standard formation. Mark has won numerous competitions and is a highly sought after teacher throughout the United States. He brings a tremendous amount of experience and teaching expertise gained from an extensive professional performing and teaching career. And he can shake his hips like you can't believe.

April Hill - Instructor

April received her early ballet training at the school of Ballet Idaho. She later went on to train with Marla Hanson, Vasile Petrutiu, Mary Fitzgerald and Pacific Northwest Ballet school. April has danced professionally with Idaho Dance Theatre and currently performs with the modern dance group Traduza Dance Company. She received her B.A in English from the University of Oregon and has taught dance in the Eugene area for the past five years. April is also a preschool teacher and has a love for little ones - she is thrilled to be teaching in our Toddlers & Tutus program, as well as Pre-Ballet and Ballet I this year.

Elizabeth Belyea - Instructor

Born in Newmarket, Canada, Elizabeth began her ballet studies there at the York Dance Academy. She is a graduate of Quinte Ballet School of Canada professional training division, where she studied with Mercedes Bernadez, Kate McCabe and Brian Scott. In 2004 she spent a season dancing with BalletMet Columbus, in Ohio, as a trainee, and danced roles in Cinderella, Diabelli Variations, The Nutcracker and Swan Lake. Elizabeth joined Eugene Ballet in 2005 as an apprentice, and was promoted to full company member in 2007. Recently, she has been featured as a Bride in Dracula, a Harlequinade in The Nutcracker, a Cygnet in Swan Lake, and a fish in Peter Pan.
