Sarah Beth Byrum - Artistic Director & Owner

Sarah Beth Byrum received her Bachelor's Degree in Dance from the University of Oregon and founded All That! Dance Company that same year. Sarah Beth began dancing at the age of three, training in all styles. Sarah Beth was published in Spotlight on Dance and featured in Family Fun Magazine. She was the recipient of prestigious Gerald E. Bruce Award by the Ford Family Foundation. She has also been awarded by the National Dance Educators Association, Oregon Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance, the Junior Miss Scholarship Program, and Phi Beta Fraternity for the Arts. Sarah Beth shares her love for dance with students of all ages from toddlers through adults.

Marie Pederson - Assistant Director

Marie Pederson began her dance training as a student of Spotlight Theatre, then went on to dance at Lane Community College's Dance Department and All That! Dance Company. As a member of Spotlight Theatre's Production Company, Marie gained first hand experience integrating dance technique with performance and showmanship. Marie has played starring roles in productions such as Kathy in Singin' in the Rain, Rosie in Bye Bye Birdie, and Rizzo in Grease. Marie is also the head coach of the Springfield PULSE and VIBE competitive teams, and the Assistant Coach for Marist High School's Dance Team. Marie has taught for All That! Dance Company for over ten years and heads up our Springfield Studio programming.

Andres Rodoni (Librado)

Andres Rodoni is young, driven, and passionate. His dance style draws influences from diverse styles such as African tribal dancing, swing, and bboy. He was introduced to dance by his mother, who was a professional Latin dancer, and learned to appreciate bboying and popping from his cousin Beto “Mooncricket” Lopez, a hip hop historian. Following his passion, Andres began dancing with F-troop in Dallas, Texas as a teen and eventually became Director of Hip Hop at Studio 7 West by age 17. He later joined Unique Productions for the musical “For the Love” as Head Choreographer. Andres will head up our teen Hip Hop classes this year and work with our award-winning boys only hip hop crews “High Voltage” and "ICU Crew."

Carol Cullum

Carol started her concentrated training in classical ballet at the age of 5 in Erie, Pennsylvania. She studied with Lake Erie Ballet through high school, performing in the ballet school's Nutcracker production each year, as well as participating in numerous classical ballets produced by the school's professional company. For three years she attended and performed in Regional Dance America Northeast where she had the opportunity to learn from some of the nation's top ballet teachers, choreographers, and perform among some of the highest trained ballet dancers in her area of the States. Carol's love of classical ballet technique has led her to sharing this beautiful form of dance with children and teenagers wherever she has lived.

Christina Jamerson

Christina has been dancing since she was three years old, began studying Ballroom Dance in high school and continued with it into college at the University of Oregon. While there, she also learned Bellydance, West Coast Swing, Argentine Tango, and a variety of other styes. She has been teaching Ballroom Dance for 14 years, Bellydance for nine years, and West Coast Swing for seven years. She has competed in West Coast Swing competitions, from which she has several trophies. Christina also comes from a theater background, and is a high school theater teacher. She believes that anyone can learn to dance and everyone should try it!

Christa Linz

Christa was raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she experienced a lively dance culture ranging from traditional ballet to modern and contemporary. Along with attending shows and performances in the city, she trained with a private studio for ten years in the styles of ballet, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, and modern. She performed competitively for eight years and has since continued her dance training in the University of Oregon’s dance department. With a passion for instilling confidence and excitement in young dancers, she looks forward to creating meaningful connections with any and all dancers who become a part of the All That! community.
