Studio Rules and Expectations

inappropriate content on clothing. If attire is considered
questionable, the instructor will ask the student to change or
put on a cover up. If it is a continued problem, the student's
parent will be contacted. We strongly recommend that each dancer
purchase a solid black camisole leotard for class and costume wear.

PAYMENT: All fees are due on the first class of the month.
Tuition is averaged over our nine month season and does not
increase for months with five weeks, or decrease for months with
holidays. Tuition is not prorated for absences or any other
reason. Make up classes can be taken in another class of similar
level for classes missed, but no tuition credit will be given.
Class fees are to be paid by check and your check is your receipt.
Credit card payments can be accepted through the Eugene office
directly. NO CASH payments will be accepted. Tuition
payments not made by the 10th of the month will be assessed a
late fee of $ 5.00 per month. Tuition is not invoiced, families
are responsible for making their tuition payments each month.
Invoices will be sent if the account is late.
TUITION: Tuition payments are based on average one hour
classes, for session classes or multiple students in one family,
please contact us directly for tuition quotes. Monthly tuition is
as follows:
- One Class Per Week: $ 40.00
- Two Classes Per Week: $ 65.00
- Three Classes Per Week: $ 85.00
- Unlimited Classes (4 or more): $ 100.00
Discounts are given to tuition paid by trimester (5%) or
annually (10%). Sibling discount is $ 5.00 per month. Family Plan
is a total of no more than $ 200 per month for families with
multiple students.
PARENT OBSERVATION: Parents are encouraged to observe the
first class of each month only. Generally, students are more
focused and perform better without observers present. We want
parents to be involved in their child's dance education and to
feel welcome in the studio at all times. However, a constant
audience every week can be difficult for some students and
inhibit their progress. Therefore, we do ask parents to limit
their observation to the first class of each month and all other
classes are closed to outside observers. If there are extenuating
circumstances, please speak directly with your child's instructor.
ADDITIONAL FEES: Please note participation in the annual
recital and costume purchase are optional, although encouraged
for every dancer. Costumes are ordered in December and a deposit
is due at that time to secure your child's costume. Costume fees
are non-refundable and once the costume is ordered, no
cancellations are allowed. Each child keeps their costume.
