Sarah Beth Byrum | Company Director

Sarah Beth Byrum | Company Director

Sarah Beth Byrum received her Bachelor’s Degree in Dance from the University of Oregon and founded All That! Dance Company that same year. Sarah Beth began dancing at the age of three, training in all styles. Sarah Beth was published in Spotlight on Dance and featured in Family Fun Magazine. She was the recipient of prestigious Gerald E. Bruce Award by the Ford Family Foundation. She has also been awarded by the National Dance Educators Association, Oregon Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance, the Junior Miss Scholarship Program, and Phi Beta Fraternity for the Arts. Sarah Beth was recently honored by the University of Oregon's Dance Department with their prestigious Community Partnership Award. Her expertise has been published in Dance Studio Life magazine and she is an ambassador for the worldwide Dance Studio Owners Association. Sarah Beth's passion for dance has led her to produce over fifty full length concert events, as well as being the founder and creative director for the annual production of the Nutcracker Remixed. She has received countless awards for her choreography and the technical proficiency of her students at both regional and national competitions. Sarah Beth shares her love for dance with students of all ages from toddlers through adults.

Marie Locke | Assistant Director

Marie Locke | Assistant Director

Marie Locke began her dance training at Spotlight Theatre, then went on to dance at Lane Community College’s Dance Department and at All That! Dance Company. As a member of Spotlight Theatre’s Production Company, Marie gained first hand experience integrating dance technique with performance and showmanship. Marie has played starring roles in productions such as Kathy in Singin’ in the Rain, Rosie in Bye Bye Birdie, and Rizzo in Grease. Marie has served as a choreographer for countless major musical productions and has taught for All That! Dance Company for over fifteen years. Marie was the head coach for Pleasant Hill High School and Marist High School's Dance Team. She was also a founding member and choreographer for Fusion Contemporary Dance Company. Marie has also served as a guest professional and choreographer for the annual "Dancing With the Realtors" event in our community. Marie's choreography has won numerous awards at regional and national competitions and her creativity in staging gains her recognition wherever her work is showcased.

Dawn Bohn

Dawn Bohn

Dawn hails from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she received her Bachelor of Science in Communications and Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Slippery Rock University. She has worked previously as an Operations Manager for Apogee Health and Wellness in Manhattan. Dawn's choreography has been adjudicated by American College Dance Association at Ohio State and she was the awarded 2002 Choreographer of the Year by the SRU Dance Department. Her work has been presented in LABCO's Black Box Series, Dance New Amsterdam's Works in Progress, and Dumbo Dance Festival. She has also been an Adjudicator for multiple dance competitions and is currently a member of Impact Dance Adjudicators. Dawn's incredible blend of dance expertise and business acumen makes her the perfect fit for the ATD family. Dawn is our Studio Manager and runs all of the daily operations of the studio as well as working with all of our studio families.

Sydney Allen

Sydney Allen

Sydney started dancing as soon as she could walk and has trained with studios in the Tri-Cities, Portland and Seattle. She has been a very successful competitive dancer since the age of six and has been competed with both group and solo works nationwide. Sydney has been awarded scholarships with Velocity, Industry Xperience and Hollywood Vibe dance conventions as a result of her technical execution and passion for movement. Sydney has already won awards for her own competitive choreography as well as assisting to create award winning choreography at the young age of 13. Before she graduated high school, she also danced at Arts and Communications Magnet Academy. Sydney has already established herself as a teacher and choreographer working with multiple studios in the Portland area before making the move to Eugene. Sydney is young, energetic, inspired and looking forward to spreading her passion for dance.

Caitley Criswell

Caitley Criswell

Miss Caitley grew up dancing at All That! Dance Company since the age of 3. She trained in all styles including ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, pointe, musical theatre and tap. She was selected to be a member of the pre-professional company, Expressions, at ATD where she trained extra hours and worked on technique and performance. Caitley played several lead roles in the Nutcracker Remixed including the Sugar Plum Fairy her senior year. She was also the Senior Team captain. She was awarded high honors at numerous dance competitions with both solo work and group work. Out of an entire convention, she was one of 9 girls to receive a scholarship from Adrenaline Dance Inc and perform in their closing show. After graduation, Caitley continued her studies at the University of Oregon. She graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Dance, Business Administration and her Dance Teaching Certificate. Caitley teaches numerous styles and classes including ballet, jazz, and contemporary. She is known for her choreography and clean routines. She has been recognized for her award winning choreography for solos, duos and group routines. Miss Caitley is excited to continue inspiring the next generation of dancers and share her love of dance!

Alyssa Bates

Alyssa Bates

Miss Alyssa grew up dancing and has always had a love for tumbling and acrobatics. She studied all dance forms including ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, musical theatre, and ballroom. She thrived in the dance studio and some of her favorite roles include the Sugar Plum Fairy in the Nutcracker and Sharpay in the production of High School Musical. After graduating from the ATD program, Alyssa continued her training and stepped in to her role as a teacher. She pursued further education in acrobatics by training under Mandy Yip - the founder of Acrobatic Arts - and became a certified Acrobatic Arts teacher. Alyssa recently returned from a national conference in Las Vegas, where she continued her study, working with expert teachers such as Drew Burgess, Richard Elszy and Derek Piquette. Alyssa is the head of our Acrobatic Arts program and is excited to support the art form of acrodance in the ATD studios.

Robynne Smith

Robynne Smith

Robynne Smith attended Oklahoma City University where she studied and performed in many genres of dance, from ballet to hip-hop, jazz, tap, and musical theater. In 2001 Robynne was cast as a Cinderella Mouse in the revival of Disneyland's Electrical Parade and performed in the park for several months. Robynne began teaching ballet full-time in 2004 and in 2008 she became Assistant Director of Academy of Dance and choreographer-in-residence of the American Pacific Ballet Company. In February 2009, she received the Outstanding Choreographer award at the Los Angeles semi-finals of the Youth America Grand Prix and in June 2009 she premiered a new work at the Orange County Choreographer's Showcase. As Resident Choreographer of APBC, Robynne created a full-length, educational production of "Carnival of the Animals," and revived APBC's "Peter and the Wolf" for outreach at local schools and contributed choreography to the syllabus of International Dance Acclaim. In 2013 Robynne became an ABT Certified Teacher in levels Pre-Primary-Level 3. In 2016 she became certified in Progressing Ballet Technique by Marie Walton-Mahon, an additional strengthening and training method designed for long-term, safe ballet technique. Robynne's love for ballet and dance of all kinds is evident in the care she takes when teaching her students and encouraging them to not only dance but to make every class a performance.

Tavari grew up dancing and performing at ATD and his heart for dance was apparent from his first step on to the studio floor. His love for performance began in musical theatre and he expanded his training to all disciplines and styles.

Tavari has worked as a professional touring artist with Utah Ballroom Dance Company, as well as performing in the Southeast US with Legacy Theater (Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella), and Generations Theater Company. He is currently a company artist with Ballet Fantastique where he has performed many roles, including: Inspector Hyde in Murder at the Ballet, Charles Bingley in Pride & Prejudice: A Parisian Jazz Ballet, King of Hearts in Alice in Wonderland and Bob Cratchit and Mr. Fezziwig in American Christmas Carol. Tavari continues to pursue his love of dance while giving back to the studio and his community.

 Miss Chelsea has been dancing since she was a tyke and has been teaching at ATD for the past 10 years. As she would say, the tiny humans are her people! She is trained in classical ballet as well as a variety of other dance genre

Miss Chelsea has been dancing since she was a tyke and has been teaching at ATD for the past 10 years. As she would say, the tiny humans are her people! She is trained in classical ballet as well as a variety of other dance genres. Outside of ATD, Miss Chelsea works with children with special needs and neurodiversity as a licensed Early Intervention Specialist and has experience working with children with a variety of abilities and needs. Miss Chelsea values the use of creative movement for early childhood development and has experience using movement to target developmental skills (including motor, cognitive, language, and social skills) and sensory integration. Miss Chelsea looks forward to being a part of your child's early learning experience.

Makayla Rice

Makayla Rice

Meet Miss Makayla. Makayla Rice grew up dancing and knew from her first day on the dance floor that this was where her heart belonged. Makayla studied in a wide variety of styles growing up. She took every class she could and trained in ballet, jazz, tap, musical theatre, contemporary and more. Makayla was selected as part of the pre-professional company “Expressions” where she continued to hone her skills. She was known as a jazz baby, but also graced the stage as both Clara and the Sugar Plum Fairy in the Nutcracker Remixed. After graduation, Makayla went on to become part of the OSU Dance Team and loved pursuing dance at the collegiate level. Makayla is thrilled to be back teaching and choreographing at her home studio and ready to inspire the next generation of dancers.

Krysta Loghry

Krysta Loghry

Krysta has been dancing for over a decade. Growing up dancing with ATD, she studied every style there was to offer, favoring contemporary, jazz, musical theater and hip hop. Krysta was a member of ATD’s intensive program, receiving multiple accolades for her work on stage as both a soloist and ensemble performer. She was selected as one of five dancers to be a company member in Expressions, a preprofessional contemporary training company and was awarded a national title during her senior competitive season.

Krysta is currently continuing her dance education at the University of Oregon’s School of Music and Dance, where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Dance. Krysta has always hoped to be a dance instructor in order to spread her love of dance into the lives of her students. She is excited to bring her passion, knowledge, and energy to the dance community and to continue growing as both a performer and educator.

Sydney Chatterton

Sydney Chatterton

Sydney Chatterton is originally from Cleveland, OH where she trained in classical ballet and pointe. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Dance Education from Brigham Young University. Growing up, Sydney had the opportunity to dance in the children’s cast of The Nutcracker with Joffrey Ballet and the Royal Winnipeg Ballet on their tours to Cleveland. She attended the inaugural year of the ArtEmotion ballet summer intensive with Allison DeBona and was accepted into the level 4 ballet summer intensive at The Rock School. While studying at BYU, she performed in their Ballet Showcase and DancEnsemble companies and toured with the Kinnect outreach program. She was also chosen to be the Dance Specialist for the 2019 BYU ArtsBridge Internship and completed a 50-hour arts integration project at Wasatch Elementary School in Provo, Utah. Sydney is very passionate about the art of dance and is very excited to join the All That! Dance team!

I've grown up dancing at All That! Dance Company.  The relationships I have developed have shaped me not only as a dancer but as a person.  The studio is truly family.
