PRESCHOOL CAMPS - for ages 3-5 years
These camps are two hours long and the perfect introduction to a camp experience for your young child. Their day will be filled with music, dance class, crafts, games, and activities to stimulate their minds and bodies.

Description: Strut, sparkle, and shine at our tropical Flamingo Fun Camp! This playful, high-energy camp invites dancers to twirl with feather boas, groove to island-inspired beats, and flamingle through fun, imaginative dance classes. Campers will also create glittery, tropical-themed crafts, explore confidence and creativity, and build friendships along the way. The week wraps up with a fabulous end-of-week performance where dancers show off their moves for family and friends.

These camps are designed for students who are familiar with camp settings and comfortable being away from parents for a longer time period. Camps are broken in to groups for both our younger dancers and our older dancers to have a great balance of serious dancing with some serious fun!

Find out at our Frozen: The Musical Musical Theatre Camp! This exciting camp is designed for young performers who love to sing, dance, and act while bringing beloved stories to life on stage. We’ll dive into the music and magic of Frozen, rehearsing popular songs, learning dynamic choreography, and developing heartfelt, captivating characters. Campers will work with experienced instructors to hone their skills in all aspects of musical theatre—from vocal technique to stage presence and storytelling.
The week will culminate in a show-stopping performance showcasing all their hard work. Get ready to let it go, embrace the magic of friendship and bravery, and join us for a truly unforgettable theatrical adventure!
At the end of the week, all casts will come together to bring you a Frozen-inspired show featuring an enchanting evening of songs, dances, and theatrical scenes from Frozen: The Musical. Expect heart, humor, and a little snow magic—this is a performance you won’t want to miss!
Our Ensemble cast is for our younger actors - they will take the stage at the Wildish Theatre in song and dance numbers and have their moment to melt the hearts of the audience.

Description: Calling all minis! This camp is for our younger dancers who are interested in experiencing a competition team for the 2026/2027 season. The team camp will serve as an audition for team placement as well as increase technical skill and performance work for our youngest dancers. Dancers will also be learning choreography that will be used for their first performance of the season.

Description: Does your dancer have an older dancer that they look up to? Now is their chance to work with them one on one. Our older dancers will be co-teaching this camp as they work and mentor our younger age group. Your dancer will be partnered with one of our advanced company members who will work with them to develop a duet to be performed together as well as a small group piece. They will help them with every aspect from concept to music to costuming. We know that the mentoring relationships formed will go long past this one week.
This camp is for ages 6 to 12 years.

DANCE CAMPS - for more focused dance study
These camps are designed for a more focused dance experience for older dancers. While they don't get crafts and game time, they do get a solid technical foundation, more focused time with ATD staff members, and a push to take their dancing to the next level.

Over one exciting week, campers will dive deep into the world of musical theatre, sharpening their triple-threat skills in singing, acting, and dancing. Our experienced instructors will guide students through learning and memorizing scenes, mastering iconic songs, and perfecting choreography inspired by the Broadway production. Campers will explore character development, stage presence, and the magic of collaboration—all while building confidence and making lifelong friends.
From emotional storytelling to high-energy group numbers, every performer will have the chance to shine. The week culminates in a spectacular final performance where students proudly share their work with family and friends.

Description: ATD is known for our strong contemporary dance work and dancers who want to advance in team and class placement should have a solid foundation in contemporary training. Contemporary dance is a perfect blend of strong classical training and expressive modern styles. This camp is designed for dancers ages 8 and up with dance experience.

Description: Intensive training in contemporary styles for more advanced dancers. Dancers must be 14 or up and placed in Level IV or V training. No exceptions. Dancers will work with ATD staff, including studio director Sarah Beth Byrum to increase technique, set choreography, and work on creating their own compositions. Each dancer will create their own solo work. Campers will have a 30 minute dinner break.
This camp is for ages 13 and up.

Camp Dates: August 10-14th
Camp Times: 9:00am-9:00pm in 6 hour blocks (Eugene Studio)
Description: This week long camp intensive is designed to expose dancers to all styles of dance training. Dancers will spend a full day rotating through classes in ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, tap and musical theatre styles and work with all of our ATD faculty. This camp is designed for the dancer who is ready to take their training to the next level. Any dancer interested in being a part of our intensive program and competitive teams for the 2026/2027 season is required to attend this week to be evaluated for team placement. All campers are invited to perform for our Summer Showcase and will be included in performance choreography.
The Summer Showcase will be held on August 15th at Lane Community College.
We will be splitting this camp in to groups that will rotate throughout the day. Please keep all day reserved for your dancer and they will attend in 6 hour blocks. 9-3, 11-4 or 3-9. These blocks will be determined by the number of dancers registered and split by age group.
